Initially, Mr. Chai Sun Wah has joined CHUAH KIM SENG & CO, as an accounts assistant/ company secretarial assistant in July 1991 and left on his own accord in July 1993. he joined SEE & SUN MANAGEMENT SERVICES firm as Partner (In-charged of Secretarial cum Administrative matters) since September 1992 (On part-time basis) and practicing in full as a Company Secretary after obtaining his license from Registrar of Companies, Malaysia (License No.: LS 00536) on 11th November 1992.

Mr. Chai Sun Wah has been in full practice as a Chartered Secretary since 24th October, 1994 after obtaining his Associate-membership from MAICSA (No.: 7016754) and in full-time practice as tax supervisor and Chartered Secretary- Public Practitioner (Reg No.: M0047) in 1996, where he had joined SEE & SUN MANAGEMENT SERVICES SDN. BHD. (336837-U) as a director/partner ever since the company incorporated on 21-March-1995 and left on his own accord in April 2000.

Currently he is working as a sole-practitioner in his self-employed management company, SUN CENTURY MANAGEMENT (001242295-D) which commenced operation in April 2000. He has 3 secretary-assistants in running company's secretarial operation daily. He is also working as a tax manager in his associate firm, WT NG & CO. (AF 1068).

Mr Chai Sun Wah is an professional, ethical, sincere, honest and responsible person of good character. He has acquired the necessary knowledge and experience in company secretarial and tax besides accounting matters and financial planning field.
